Randstad Education are assisting with the recruitment for a skilled Centre Manager who is actively looking to contribute and lead the centre to continue to deliver quality care to children and families. Salary Package Range: ($55.35 - $70 per hour + Bonuses + $5K Relocation + Salary Packaging)

• A proven leader with at least 2 years in an early years leadership role
• A confident communicator and compassionate leader who fosters connection and collaboration
• Someone ready to take on a new challenge, lead with heart, and grow alongside the community
• Experience with budgeting, rostering, coordinating family tours and the ability to engage effectively to increase occupancy target rates.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Working With Children’s Check WWCC
• Clear international police check
• Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Certificate
• Asthma, Anaphylaxis CPR certificates
• Do food safety certificate
